Returns and Refund Policy

Our goal at BHB is that you will always be happy with your BHB product.

However, if upon delivery of the Product you find that the order is incomplete and has missing items, not what you ordered, damaged or in poor condition, or in any way faulty, please notify the Bakery immediately (within 24 hours) either by telephone 0044 (0) 207 586 0070 or by email sales@beverlyhillsbakery.com (emails are monitored periodically outside office hours), to discuss the possible return of the product, a replacement or a refund.

We will need order details and an image of the product. If a product is not as on the Order Confirmation, damaged or faulty, we will replace, credit, or refund your purchase and will arrange collection of the product. You must retain the damaged or incorrect Product including all packaging for collection by us. If a product that is the subject of a complaint or refund claim is partially or fully consumed, a refund will not be offered in this circumstance. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.

Refunds will only be made to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Since taste is a very personal matter and entirely subjective, we do not accept the return of any Products because you do not like the taste.

We make every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on our Site, however all our products are handmade so colours may vary. Therefore, we cannot accept the return of any product because it does not match the shade you were expecting.

The provisions of this section do not affect your statutory rights.

Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or the receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s). We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
